As a real estate agent and residential property manager we are subject to the statutory continuing education obligation under §34c (2a) GewO of 20 hours over three years. 10. Right of withdrawal for consumers

For brokerage contracts concluded off our business premises or by means of distance communication, consumers have a right of withdrawal under §§312g, 355 BGB. The detailed withdrawal policy is available separately and is handed out with the brokerage contract.

11. General terms and conditions

For our activity as a real estate agent we do not use general terms and conditions. The basis of the contract is the brokerage contract concluded individually with clients.

For the property management activity, the individually agreed management contracts apply. On request we are happy to provide our sample templates.
